📋 Description

• Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription offerings • Create face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits • Provide personalized experiences to prospective and existing members • Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals • Expand Humana's presence by becoming a valued community resource and building local relationships • Collaborate as part of a team of 8–12 Medicare Sales Agents under the guidance of a Senior Manager and Regional Director • Attend appointments and events that may occur on nights and weekends • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License required • Must reside in Lake, Marion or Sumter County • Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members’ homes, at community-based events, and through community service, retail environments, organizations, volunteer work or local events • Valid state driver’s license • Proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits, or higher based on state requirements • Flexibility to work varying nights and weekends • Mandatory attendance during the first five weeks of employment and training • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information • Self-provided internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds • Preferred: Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License • Preferred: Background in selling Medicare products • Preferred: Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups • Preferred: Background in supporting Value Based Care organizations • Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs • Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree • Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish, fluent in speaking, reading, and writing both languages • Associates speaking with members in a language other than English must take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test
