📋 Description

• drive product marketing strategy across lines of business and member segments. • Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies for Medicaid and Healthy Horizons, aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements. • Partner with Product, Brand, Compliance, and Market teams to ensure culturally relevant and compliant messaging. • Oversee campaign planning, creative development, and performance tracking. • Serve as a subject matter expert on Medicaid audiences, market dynamics, and communication best practices. • Guide cross-functional teams in executing high-impact, community-focused marketing initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on Medicaid or government programs. • Deep understanding of Medicaid regulations, member engagement strategies, and culturally competent communications. • Proven leadership in cross-functional collaboration and campaign development. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Compliance, Legal, and marketing creative. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex policy and market dynamics into actionable marketing strategies. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and external partners.
