📋 Description

• generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies • manage the company's supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending • monitor performance through oversight documentation through supplier negotiations and promotional opportunities • develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency • lead sourcing initiatives, including supplier identification, evaluation, and selection • negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to maximize value • manage supplier relationships and monitor performance, including quality, delivery, and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Eight (8) or more years of procurement, relationship/supplier management, or process improvement experience • Two (2) or more years of project leadership experience • Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, support decision-making, and achieve business objectives.
