📋 Description

• Support Project Delivery Services (PDS) clients and internal stakeholders with optimization of managed services operations and sourcing strategies across the US • Execute PDS strategic sourcing to drive the best total cost of ownership across clients’ project portfolios • Collaborate with corporate sourcing and project management teams to simplify processes and increase account/project team productivity • Use category intelligence and data analytics, including capital plans and project demands, to set strategy and drive results • Advance the preferred supplier program within PDS • Manage and execute RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes for subcontracted goods and services • Manage internal and external customer expectations • Ensure compliance with sourcing, contracting, risk management, and ethics policies • Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to review and approve contractual terms • Establish work priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with Operations teams, temporary help, and project-specific personnel • Participate in and provide leadership to Preferred Supplier performance review meetings • Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Strong analytical ability • Proven ability to work with teams in a decentralized environment • Experience with indirect categories related to construction and related trades • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university • 3+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience • Construction/PDS sourcing experience preferred • Project management and business transitions experience preferred • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Experience with procurement systems such as Jaggaer or Ariba highly desired • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
