📋 Description

• Responsible for the daily activities across multiple service functions area • Perform installation, implementation, client support, client services, client administration, customer service, enrollment and eligibility, claims processing, and call center operations • Investigates and settles claims and customer service issues • Take 20-30 inbound calls from members, agents, and other teams within Billing and Enrollment • Prepare and scrub applications for underwriting review which includes reviewing enrollment applications and ensuring all questions are complete on the Medicare Supplement Application

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in the Central or Eastern time zone • Prior customer service or operations work experience • Prior experience utilizing multiple computer applications simultaneously as well as performing multiple tasks simultaneously within a production-based environment • Demonstrated skills in attention to detail
