📋 Description

• Identify, define, and develop security architecture requirements and secure designs for AI technology solutions across Humana’s business, information technology, and security domains • Lead development of technical architectures and designs • Develop security requirements • Perform and oversee threat modeling, risk analyses, and security assessments of enterprise/EIP infrastructure • Ensure alignment of security and risk imperatives with business priorities • Design high-level security program infrastructure and security architecture patterns • Drive alignment between EIP security strategy, security architecture and infrastructure, and Humana’s business and technology priorities • Plan, design, and propose architectural patterns or security enhancements for information security and technology infrastructures • Review and reconcile business priorities with EIP security requirements • Identify current and emerging security threats and design architecture elements to mitigate them • Identify gaps in existing EIP reference architecture and update impacted security architecture elements • Develop and manage security requirements for GenAI, models, MCP, Agentic AI solutions, and software integrations with Humana systems • Ensure security requirements are addressed across enterprise architecture reference models, segment architectures, and solution architectures • Design and securely implement AI processes and solutions, including applications and software • Ensure AI security standards, templates, safeguards, and controls are in place for Humana’s AI application architecture • Identify opportunities for process and tooling automation within existing security architecture patterns • Participate in research, evaluation, and implementation of AI testing tools, frameworks, and utilities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical Cybersecurity architecture • 1+ year of experience in Artificial Intelligence Security • 1+ year of experience integrating Cybersecurity technologies with existing technologies • Experience implementing Cybersecurity technologies with enterprise-wide impact • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Master's Degree in a Technical Field (preferred) • CISSP or CEH certification (preferred) • Experience in AI Security • Artificial Intelligence • Model Context Protocol (MCP) • AISPM, LLM Firewall, DSPM • AI Security Frameworks and Standards, such as NIST AI RMF and OWASP Top 10 for LLM • Architectural Threat Modeling • Business Architecture • Cloud Infrastructure Security • Cloud Security Architecture • Computer Protection Components Configuration, such as hardware firewalls, servers, and routers • Information Security Architecture • Information Technology Security • Multi-Level Security/Cross Domain/Hybrid Solutions Design • Security Program Development • Security Strategy & Planning • Security Strategy Transformation • Technical Problems Troubleshooting • Ability to provide high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Satellite and wireless internet service is not allowed • Dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Selected candidate must live within 60 minutes of a listed metro location or be willing to relocate within 12 months of hire
