• Lead end-to-end localization projects from intake through delivery • Manage and optimize localization workflows within translation management systems (TMS) • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders within assigned lines of business • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery • Drive process improvements to enhance scalability, efficiency, and consistency across localization operations • Oversee quality assurance processes, including internal/external linguistic review workflows
• Bilingual in English and Korean • Bachelor’s degree in Localization, Project Management, Communications, Linguistics, or related field, or equivalent experience • 3–5 years of experience in localization, translation operations, or project management • 2–4 years of experience managing end-to-end localization projects • Experience working with translation management systems (TMS) • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
