📋 Description

• Lead moderately complex to complex business analysis, reporting, and data-driven initiatives • Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to understand needs and define requirements • Coordinate project activities, manage deliverables, and support implementation of reporting and business intelligence solutions • Evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities • Translate business objectives into actionable reporting requirements • Act as liaison between business stakeholders, leadership, technical teams, and end-users • Facilitate requirement-gathering discussions and document business and functional requirements • Develop report specifications and define project scope • Track deliverables, manage timelines, and communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies • Analyze workflows, data needs, reporting outputs, and system capabilities to identify gaps and recommend improvements • Coordinate cross-functional project activities and support project planning • Maintain action item logs and document decisions • Facilitate stakeholder meetings • Assist with user acceptance testing and validate report outputs • Support implementation readiness and change management activities • Define required data elements and validate data quality • Reconcile outputs and create or maintain dashboards • Support recurring reports and ensure accurate, meaningful, actionable information • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, strengthen governance, increase automation, enhance stakeholder engagement, and improve business intelligence delivery • Make decisions regarding business analysis approach, reporting methodology, project execution, stakeholder coordination, technical solution requirements, and prioritization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5 or more years of experience in data reporting, business analysis, project management, analytics, business intelligence, operations, or related business support functions • Experience leading or supporting moderately complex to complex reporting, analytics, business intelligence, operational, or process improvement initiatives • Experience with scope definition, project planning, requirements gathering, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk and issue management, stakeholder coordination, and status reporting • Experience partnering with business stakeholders, technical teams, leadership, and end-users to gather, document, and translate business needs • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including external data connections, pivot tables, data summarization, analysis, reports, and dashboards • Experience with relational database and data management concepts • Experience with external data source integration, query development and validation, pass-through queries, data structure design, table relationships, process automation, and data validation or reconciliation • Experience working with large and complex data sets within large organizations and/or analyzing healthcare data • Strong ability to analyze business processes, workflows, operational data, and reporting outputs • Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, facilitation, and decision-making skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations independently with minimal direction • Passion for continuously improving consumer experiences • Must meet home internet requirements of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Must work from a dedicated space protecting member PHI/HIPAA information • Not eligible for work visa sponsorship
