📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with governmental requirements • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures • Research compliance issues • Recommend changes to assure compliance with contract obligations • Maintain relationships with government agencies • Coordinate site visits for regulators • Coordinate implementation and compliance with corrective action plans as needed • Influence department strategy • Make decisions regarding technical approaches for project components • Determine objectives and approaches to assignments with considerable latitude

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 5 or more years of technical experience • Knowledge/understanding of laws and regulations governed by the Department of Insurance and CMS • Minimum home internet download speed of 25 Mbps • Minimum home internet upload speed of 10 Mbps • Wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection suggested • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
