📋 Description

• Support the internal specialty team with data analytics and reports • Manage relationships with vendors providing specialty care for specific medical conditions • Transform monthly payer financial data into a standardized accounting format • Analyze data to solve business problems • Create data visualizations that drive strategic direction • Communicate updates and resolutions to customers, partners, and senior leadership • Report to the Associate Director of Business Intelligence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of data analytics experience OR Master's degree and 3 or more years of experience • Advanced SQL query development • Advanced Power BI report development, including DAX, bookmarks, and data modeling • Familiarity with healthcare financial data or claims • Prior experience creating analytics solutions for several healthcare sectors • Ability to analyze data to solve several business problems and create strategic data visualizations • Ability to communicate updates and resolutions to customers, partners, and senior leadership • Minimum 25 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed for home internet • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
