📋 Description

• Use instructional design, cognitive psychology, and adult learning theory to determine solutions to knowledge or performance gaps • Analyze, organize, and develop content and learning solutions • Write storyboards, scripts, performance support, mobile learning, and manuals • Analyze learning needs and partner with subject matter experts on course content • Write learning objectives and coordinate performance assessments • Ensure course materials remain current and relevant • Track and analyze training program effectiveness using learner satisfaction, proficiency testing, and job performance improvement • Provide instruction and guidance to Facilitators • Use social media and collaborative tools to facilitate learning • Plan, organize, and develop training curricula, materials, job performance aids, and programs • Conduct client needs analyses and determine whether learning solutions are necessary or relevant • Influence department strategy • Determine technical approaches for project components and objectives • Work independently on moderately complex to complex assignments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Learning and Performance, Education, Performance Consulting, Industrial/Organizational Development, HR, or another related field • 5+ years of experience in Adult Education or Instructional Design • Prior experience working in a consumer centric company within the learning function • Progressive business experience focused on learning strategies and adult learning theories • Prior experience measuring learning solutions and tying them to performance • Project management experience • Excellent written, grammatical, and verbal communication skills • Passion for continuously improving consumer experiences • Flexibility in a fluid and dynamic environment, including changing processes and priorities • Self-starter who is organized and capable of handling multiple details/projects simultaneously • Ability to move between strategic and tactical work • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications • Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Learning and Performance, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Design, or a related field • Preferred: Work experience in a health care and/or Insurance setting • Preferred: Health Insurance license, or ability to obtain one within the first 90 days in the role • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
