📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap for brokerage commissions, advisor compensation, and reporting solutions • Lead development of commission calculation, payout, reconciliation, incentive, and adjustment capabilities • Partner with business, operations, finance, and technology teams to define priorities and deliver value • Translate complex business requirements into scalable product features and user stories • Drive Agile delivery, backlog management, release planning, and stakeholder communication • Establish data and reporting capabilities that improve transparency, accuracy, and operational efficiency • Champion automation, process simplification, and operational excellence • Deliver strategic commission and brokerage modernization initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Owner, Product Management, or Business Technology experience • Experience with brokerage commissions, advisor compensation, or incentive management systems • Proven experience implementing or modernizing commission calculation platforms • Strong understanding of brokerage operations, compensation models, payouts, and financial reporting • Experience working with Agile teams and enterprise-scale technology initiatives • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Wealth Management, Brokerage, or Financial Services experience preferred • Experience with enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions preferred • Knowledge of Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, and API-based architectures preferred • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or CSPO certification preferred • Minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload internet connection for home or hybrid home/office work • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions • Occasional travel to Humana offices may be required
