📋 Description

• Driving the vision, strategy, and execution of Humana's flagship authenticated digital member experience • Lead the prioritization and delivery of product capabilities • Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders • Translate member and business needs into actionable product enhancements • Manage the product backlog and ensure successful delivery through Agile development processes • Leverage member insights, market trends, and performance data to continuously improve the experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent experience in related field • 3+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, Program management or a related field • Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional Agile teams • Experience working with legal and compliance teams • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to translate business strategy into actionable user stories and backlog items
