📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional product initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy and operational goals • Oversee enhancements and integrations supporting clinical care management and enterprise technology solutions • Translate business needs into scalable solutions across clinical platforms, telephony, data systems, and enterprise architecture • Act as liaison between business and technology teams • Support transformation efforts, operational reliability, and Agile team delivery • Plan and manage product enhancements supporting clinical care management and business operations • Define priorities, requirements, and implementation plans with business leaders and delivery teams • Coordinate multiple workstreams and track milestones, timelines, and deliverables • Monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate recommendations • Prepare project updates, status reports, and stakeholder communications • Evaluate business needs and recommend process improvements • Collaborate with technology partners on product enhancements, system updates, and issue resolution • Assist with new product, business initiative, and operational improvement planning • Document requirements, coordinate testing, and validate business outcomes • Promote consistent processes and continuous improvement • Report to an Associate Director

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year in clinical management systems, or 5+ years in Product Management • 1+ year with Jira Align, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools to manage features, stories, and decisions • Ability to convey complex technical concepts to executive, technical, and business audiences through written and verbal updates on a weekly or sprint-based cadence • Record of leading 2+ cross-functional initiatives spanning technology and business domains and delivering measurable outcomes • Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings, PI planning events, and formal presentations for 10 to 100+ stakeholders • Master's degree in business or healthcare preferred • 1–2 years supporting Medicare and/or Medicaid programs preferred • Active Epic certification(s) or hands-on Epic experience preferred • Certified Product Manager (CPM), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or equivalent certification preferred • Willingness to travel up to 25% annually • Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST or CST, with some weekend hours required • This role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship • Home internet with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
