📋 Description

• Convey the Medicaid product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team • Define user stories and prioritize the product backlog • Maximize the value of products created by the Agile team • Liaise with Medicaid market stakeholders and the development team • Serve as the Agile team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making • Manage and prioritize the team's backlog for new state implementation, market migration, and run-the-business work • Facilitate weekly product backlog review sessions • Review change requests, enhancements, and development items • Document business requirements • Build functional stories and process flows • Ensure designs satisfy business needs • Showcase demonstrations and gather stakeholder feedback • Support system integration testing through requirement clarification • Coordinate user acceptance testing with aligned partners • Plan business activities for upgrades and patches

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and/or Agile Development Methodologies • 5+ years of experience in technology implementations and/or product/project management • Ability to solve problems and find viable solutions meeting business needs • Experience facilitating stakeholder presentations and presenting completed ideas and solutions • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills • Critical thinking and initiative to anticipate team needs, ask questions, and deliver high-quality work • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines • Experience gathering market requirements • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, meeting facilitation, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills • Certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager or equivalent Agile/Scrum certification preferred • Experience in Healthcare Care Management Applications and Configurations preferred • Minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload internet connection for home or hybrid home/office employees • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Ability to work Monday–Friday during business hours, primarily in the Eastern Standard Time Zone
