📋 Description

• Code software applications based on business requirements • Serve as a strategic problem solver, trusted advisor, and Salesforce platform expert • Connect business objectives with scalable Salesforce solutions • Take ownership of challenges from discovery through implementation • Leverage Salesforce technologies, integrations, automation, and data solutions to create business outcomes • Identify opportunities and challenge existing processes • Develop innovative solutions improving efficiency, scalability, and user experience across the Salesforce ecosystem • Partner with stakeholders to understand root causes and anticipate future needs • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions • Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, administrators, architects, and engineering teams • Translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions • Make architectural decisions and influence technical direction • Execute independently in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and platform configuration • Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data modeling, sharing rules, governor limits, and platform best practices • Experience integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, middleware, event-driven architectures, or other integration technologies • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions • Experience working in Agile environments • Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, administrators, architects, and engineering teams • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to evaluate multiple solution options and make sound technical decisions • Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Master's Degree preferred • Minimum 25 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed for home internet • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
