📋 Description

• Develop clinical solutions for members and providers with accountability from strategy through execution • Drive and synthesize insights from Clinical Analytics, member research, and provider research to inform strategic roadmaps and execution priorities • Translate insights into best practices and operational playbooks • Co-develop and drive direct-to-member interventions to improve chronic condition management • Lead the design and refinement of provider-facing dashboards, insights, and performance summaries • Co-develop and support interventions addressing barriers for primary care providers and specialists • Align with care management, clinical programs, analytics, and other enterprise partners • Synthesize complex clinical, operational, and analytic information into recommendations for executive leadership • Identify opportunities in clinical outcomes, quality, cost, and member/provider experience • Lead cross-functional teams to define impactful and achievable opportunities • Create operationalization models, test-and-learn strategies, performance management strategies, and execution roadmaps • Lead or support implementation of initiatives with internal or external teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 7 or more years of experience in population health strategy, health outcomes strategies and/or product strategy, or 3 years of management consulting with an additional 2–3 years of professional work experience • Experience in strategy consulting, business strategy, clinical, product, and/or operations areas • Direct people leadership and/or experience leading others by influence • Ability to interpret and leverage data and analytics to improve strategy and make recommendations • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to flex to different audiences including senior leadership • Proven influencing skills and track record of success leading through ambiguity • Proven organization, planning, and prioritization skills • Ability to collaborate with multiple enterprise departments and stakeholders and execute within deadlines • Ability to work independently and manage projects to achieve objectives • Competency with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Home internet with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Master's-level degree, advanced degree in a relevant field, MBA, or clinical background such as MD, RN, or RPh are role desirables, not requirements
