📋 Description

• Set and evolve enterprise procurement and supplier management strategy in line with business priorities • Lead category management, sourcing, contracting, and supplier governance with strong enterprise rigor and accountability. • Advance digital procurement capabilities, including automation, AI, and analytics, to improve speed, visibility, and decision quality. • Partner with C-suite and business leaders to align procurement priorities with enterprise strategy • Ensure strong frameworks for sourcing, contracts, supplier due diligence, risk management, and audit readiness. • Lead strategic supplier relationships, performance management, and executive oversight to improve value, service, innovation, and resilience. • Build a high-performing, technology-enabled procurement organization with strong talent, scalable processes, and service-oriented mindset. • Embed responsible procurement practices, supplier diversity, and sustainability priorities into sourcing and supplier strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, law, or a related field • 15+ years of progressive procurement, supplier management, or related operational leadership experience in large, complex organizations. • Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and leading through both authority and collaboration. • Strong experience in procurement transformation, digital enablement, and change leadership. • Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier governance, negotiations, and enterprise risk management. • Track record of building talent, aligning stakeholders, and delivering financial and operational results.
