📋 Description

• Triage and resolve product issues reported by users • Work regularly in the codebase, submit fixes, and validate them before release • Interpret user feedback to identify underlying problems and prioritize appropriately • Monitor product quality and identify patterns and systemic issues • Test changes, check relevant edge cases, and confirm reported workflows before resolution • Use Claude Code and other AI tools to accelerate work • Communicate clear updates about broken, fixed, and outstanding issues • Document fixes, edge cases, and recurring issues

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience working on software products in a QA, product, or technical support role • Experience building or experimenting with Claude Code • Understanding of applying AI tooling to accelerate real work • Track record of resolving product issues quickly and independently • Ability to interpret user feedback and distinguish signal from noise • Sufficient UX understanding to identify genuine user problems • Clear written communication skills • Ability to escalate issues with actionable detail • Comfort working without a detailed process and creating an independent system for managing workload • US or Canada-based • Ability to stay responsive during active sprints
