📋 Description

• Manage the editorial calendar and publish posts across the blog and social channels • Edit videos and create graphics and media for launches, tutorials, and social • Coordinate logistics for conferences, meetups, and webinars, including bookings, materials, shipping, schedules, and post-event follow-up • Support marketing and recruiting campaigns by polishing and staging emails, creating landing pages, and researching target accounts and candidates • Support the swag program by tracking inventory, placing orders, and distributing gear to community members, customers, and events • Monitor and engage with the social and open source community and flag conversations worth joining • Track content and campaign performance and share what is working • Use AI tools to draft, research, edit, automate, and create new workflows for the marketing team

🎯 Requirements

• Uses AI tools every day and is excited about building new workflows with them • Writes well and edits their own work • Stays organized across calendars, shipments, deadlines, and inboxes • Has some marketing experience through coursework, a prior internship, a student organization, or a self-built channel or project • Based in US timezones • Available 15–25 hours per week • Video editing and media creation skills are a big plus • Resume plus one created work sample required for application
