📋 Description

• Complete thorough desk reviews of residential appraisals for conventional transactions • Perform advanced administrative reviews of Home Lending valuation products for compliance with policies, regulations, and appraisal requirements • Work with the Home Lending Loan Center, Appraisal Management Companies, external appraisers, and retail branches on appraisal-related questions and concerns • Complete collateral reviews of residential properties • Analyze, interpret, evaluate, and explain appraisal or valuation assignment results • Assess issues affecting property values, including size, location, market conditions, and physical condition • Conduct external research through FNC, public records, and/or MLS data to verify and support appraisal information • Ensure consistency with USPAP, bank policies, and generally accepted appraisal standards • Explain policies and procedures to internal and external customers • Maintain production service levels in a high-volume environment with minimal supervision • Follow bank policies, controls, processes, and legal and regulatory requirements • Mentor, direct, and assist less experienced Evaluators • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 2+ years of demonstrated appraisal review experience • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as required • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with low tolerance for error • Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills • High personal integrity, judgment, maturity, initiative, dependability, discretion, and professionalism • Ability to work independently with little supervision • Ability to learn quickly and work accurately and timely • Ability to work cooperatively with others • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills • Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; Huntington will not sponsor immigration benefits
