• Collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff • Utilize Huron tools, methodologies and best practices in the selection, planning and implementation of leading enterprise software and analytics solutions • Deliver project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentations • Approach unique set of complex challenges to forge strategy and operations with technology
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience • 2-4 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users • Functional experience configuring or leading Oracle HCM Cloud Absence, Core HR, and/or Time & Labor • Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams • Effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision • A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies • Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset • Aptitude for, and enjoyment of working in teams • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
