📋 Description

• Deliver project workstreams • Manage work plans • Perform analytics and reporting • Interface with and present to clients • Collaborate with client staff and leadership • Manage and mentor junior Huron staff • Select, plan and implement enterprise software and analytics solutions using Huron tools, methodologies and best practices • Analyze requirements and write functional specifications • Conduct tests and troubleshoot issues • Interface with business users • Collaborate with internal project teams and client teams as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience • 3+ years experience as technical developer • Experience with cloud implementations and integrations • End-to-end implementation experience • Experience with Oracle Student Financial Aid (SFA) • Groovy scripting preferred but not required • 2-4 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users • Strong analytical skills • Effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision • Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies • Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset • Aptitude for, and enjoyment of working in teams • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams • Flexible living locations in the U.S.
