• Lead and direct teams in complex performance improvement engagements • apply analytical and critical thinking skills to quantify benefits, identify risks • communicate effectively to understand client challenges • build strong relationships and lead change processes • lead and develop teams, including role definition and team building
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's of Nursing degree (BSN) required • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required • 8+ years of healthcare project leadership and workplan management experience • demonstrated clinical leadership experience as a nurse • proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • ability to travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs • direct supervisory experience of both individuals and teams • relevant graduate degree preferred (e.g., MSN, MBA, MA)
