📋 Description

• Work as an active member of a Huron consulting team • Structure ambiguous client problems, conduct research and analysis, evaluate alternatives, and develop practical recommendations • Analyze quantitative and qualitative information to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and implications • Own defined workstreams or deliverables and collaborate with project teams • Synthesize insights into client-ready presentations and deliverables • Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and subject-matter experts • Manage priorities and take responsibility for work quality and impact • Build productive relationships with clients and colleagues • Seek feedback, apply coaching, and develop consulting capabilities • Participate in networking, professional development, and broader firm activities

🎯 Requirements

• Current enrollment in a two-year MBA program • Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028 • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and accountability • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing circumstances, and meet deadlines • Intellectual curiosity and interest in learning new industries, functions, technologies, and approaches • Comfort working with quantitative and qualitative information • Client-service mindset and commitment to meaningful, measurable results • 2–3 years of professional experience in consulting, Higher Education, or relevant work experience prior to MBA enrollment • US work authorization required
