📋 Description

• Review and triage incoming IRB submissions and COI disclosures • Pre-review IRB submissions for federal agency oversight, missing materials, and special regulatory issues • Conduct non-committee IRB reviews, including not-human-research and exempt determinations • Support the COI disclosure process, including initiating disclosure cycles and escalating untimely disclosures • Review COI disclosures against research portfolios and institutional responsibilities • Identify disclosures requiring COI Committee or leadership review • Draft COI management plans • Work concurrently with multiple clients and support universities, academic medical centers, and hospitals across the country

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. work authorization required • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 2 years of combined IRB and COI experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office applications • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Proficiency with electronic IRB and COI submission/review systems • Knowledge of federal regulations governing ethical research conduct and protection of human subjects • Knowledge of federal conflict of interest regulations • Effective time management to meet deadlines • Ability to multitask and support multiple internal initiatives • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to learn quickly and attention to detail
