📋 Description

• Lead project work streams for Huron clients to implement complex solutions in institutional governance and compliance • Lead consulting projects focused on research security, export control, and institutional governance • Utilize Huron methodologies and analytics tools • Collaborate with university and healthcare leadership, client staff, and leadership • Manage junior Huron team members • Implement comprehensive solutions to improve administration processes related to research security • Enhance organizational effectiveness and drive sustainable research security administration transformation and practices

🎯 Requirements

• Current U.S. work authorization required • A minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, Higher Education, Healthcare, or relevant work experience • Direct experience working in a research security and/or export control office or function of a university, hospital, or research institute • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% • Export Compliance Professional (ECoP®) certification preferred • Experience in secure research, conflicts of interest, conflicts of commitment, research operations, and/or regulatory compliance preferred • Previous consulting experience preferred
