📋 Description

• Lead change management initiatives both internally and externally • Bring a passion for bringing out the best in others through strategic coaching • Design, manage, and implement successful program solutions for change management engagements • Build strategic relationships with client executives • Participate in the development of Request for Proposal (RFP) responses • Look for opportunities to develop personal connections in a remote environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued • 6-10+ years in change management, training, and communications experience leading the development and delivery of large-scale programs • Successfully led 2-3 FLC ERP change management programs • ERP platform experience with SAP S4 HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, or equivalent • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, retail, pharmaceutical, financial, education and other industries. • Deliver stakeholder & leadership engagement programs, executive alignment strategies, and ongoing change impact assessments. • Manage teams of OCM consultants and training developers in support of a major ERP program • Proven success in consulting and project management with a passion for leading change through transformational technology solutions • Expertise and facilitation of design thinking • Willingness to roll your sleeves up to do whatever it takes
