📋 Description

• Lead field coaching strategies that improve execution quality, customer engagement, and commercial performance. • Partner with field leadership to identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching actions. • Provide candid, actionable feedback that supports individual and team development. • Design and deliver franchise-specific training content, tools, and learning pathways aligned to business priorities. • Coach and develop RSTs and other training partners to strengthen facilitation, coaching, and business impact. • Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align training priorities with business strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or equivalent experience or 2+ years of sales training, field coaching, or trainer experience • Strong understanding of field execution, coaching, and commercial performance drivers • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
