📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday • 2+ years proven prior leading Workday, Financials implementations • Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • Travel up to 50% • Workday Certification or equivalent practical experience in one or more of the following; Financial Accounting, Core Financials Banking and Settlements, Expenses, Customer Account or Grants Management • Experience leading Workday Financials design and customer confirmation sessions • Experience configuring all aspects of Workday Financials and the related Customer Accounts functionality • Experience configuring or a deep understanding of Workday Payroll Accounting is a plus • Experience with project or workstream planning and management • Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate university and hospital executives • Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills • Strong analytical skills
