📋 Description

• Execute the full sales cycle from proactive lead generation and outbound prospecting to discovery, proposal, and closing • Identify and penetrate new market verticals, translating proven automotive success into fresh industries • Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand client pain points and pitch complex, multi-channel marketing retainers • Manage a clean and rigorous pipeline within HubSpot, ensuring all data is accurate and actionable • Collaborate with creative and performance teams to ensure proposals are feasible and aligned with client goals • Integrate AI tools into daily workflow to accelerate prospecting, personalize outreach, and streamline administrative tasks • Report directly to GTM leadership and help shape the growth trajectory of a fast-moving, distributed digital marketing agency

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada • Proven track record selling professional services within a digital marketing agency environment • Demonstrable experience running the entire sales process; full-cycle closer experience, not just SDR or account manager experience • History of hitting or exceeding quotas with specific revenue numbers to back it up • Early adopter of AI tools and ability to articulate how they are used to gain a competitive edge • Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including performance marketing, SEO, and creative strategy • Disciplined CRM habits; HubSpot preferred • Structured approach to pipeline management
