📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads • Build and manage automated marketing workflows using **GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, and n8n** • Improve lead tracking, attribution, and funnel performance through automation systems • Continuously analyse campaign performance and optimise for ROAS, CPA, and LTV • Develop and test landing pages, funnels, and conversion strategies • Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to ensure seamless lead flow and follow-up automation • Implement A/B testing strategies across ads, funnels, and creatives • Manage budget allocation across multiple campaigns and channels • Identify scaling opportunities and reduce wasted ad spend through data-driven insights

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads • Proven experience using GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, and/or n8n for automation workflows • Solid understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, and CRM integration • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign data and KPIs • Experience with lead generation campaigns (B2C or B2B) • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on optimisation and scaling • Bonus: experience with TikTok Ads, native ads, or affiliate marketing campaigns
