📋 Description

• Support efforts to arrange financing for Hyatt’s hotel partners • Support financing deal negotiation, assist in transaction closing process • Prepare deal approval memos, presentations, status update materials for senior leadership • Maintain and monitor Hyatt’s investment portfolio, prepare performance analytical reports for senior leadership • Use AI enabled tools and platforms to streamline routines and create reporting tools for senior leadership decision making • Participate in ad hoc projects to support broader Corporate Finance team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in banking, loan underwriting or hospitality asset management • Strong and tactful communicator with Hyatt’s internal and external stakeholders. Able to break down complex problems into clear insights for problem resolution. • Proactive problem solver, ready to learn real-estate finance through hands-on transaction experiences. • Able to support multiple projects with competing priorities. Deliver accurate results in a timely manner with attention to detail. • Proficient with AI technologies, Smart Sheets, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. • Hold bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration • MBA preferred
