📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of captive clients with competing deadlines • Provide ongoing consulting to existing clients through stewardship and other means • Further develop clients’ captive operations and optimize alternate risk strategies • Prepare and present RFP and client prospect presentations • Handle timely and accurate billing for management and consulting • Track client premiums accurately and on time • Communicate with clients and service providers to maintain regulatory compliance of captive insurance entities • Develop and deliver informational seminars • Recommend operational best practices for internal and external clients • Identify and build relationships within Hylant’s network to secure proposal opportunities for risk consulting and captive formation • Promote GCS programs and services through networking, conferences, seminars, and internal relationship building • Perform other duties and special projects as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience or combination of education and related experience • Knowledge of captive insurance companies and the captive insurance industry • Knowledge of alternative risk financing approaches, insurance coverage options and major program designs • Knowledge of risk consulting methodologies and principles • Commitment to client service and business ethics • Familiarity with the interpretation of financial statements • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills • Ability and willingness to travel by car or airplane for meetings, conferences, or other business-related functions • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
