• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to support customer demand • Translate demand signals into executable production plans • Monitor schedule adherence and manage risks related to material shortages and capacity bottlenecks • Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials • Track and report key production KPIs
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, and manufacturing teams • Familiarity with NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP systems
