• This is a remote position. • We are seeking experienced Freight Broker Agents to join our growing brokerage. • This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only role designed for brokers who already have an established book of business and are ready to scale using modern technology and AI-enabled workflows. • As a Freight Broker Agent, you will be responsible for bringing your existing shipper relationships, managing freight from quote to delivery, and growing revenue using industry-leading platforms including McLeod Software, AscendTMS, DAT, Truckstop, HubSpot, Slack and the Microsoft ecosystem. • You will operate independently while receiving systems, automation, and operational support to maximize efficiency and earnings. • There is no cap on commissions, and your success is directly tied to the business you bring and grow.
🎯 Requirements
• Established book of business required (non-negotiable) • Active shipper accounts with current or recent freight volume • Proven experience as a Freight Broker or Freight Broker Agent • Strong working knowledge of: DAT & Truckstop TMS platforms (AscendTMS preferred) • HubSpot or similar CRM • Ability to manage the full shipment lifecycle independently • Experience sourcing capacity, negotiating rates, and executing freight
