• Organize, supervise, lead and train employees to complete installation projects within guidelines • Interpret and communicate project specifications to team/contractors, enforce safety regulations and resolve any work or personnel-related issues • Understand project scope with thorough preparation to ensure a successful and safe installation • Assist managers with inspections and reports to verify work conforms to specifications and schedules • Initiate any repair or replacements needed or adjustments of procedures • Maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring project details are consistently communicated • Travel up to 100% of the time, frequently outside of local area
• High School diploma or GED • 4 years construction field experience • Experience with power tools • Possess a personal set of hand tools used for installation projects • Previous experience working at heights up to 100 feet (preferred)
