📋 Description

• Manage the Professional Services Department • Assign new client implementation work orders to software implementation staff • Provide software implementation services to clients • Manage workload and client expectations • Review work and billable hours completed by implementation staff • Provide guidance and assistance to staff • Resolve client issues and disputes • Communicate open work order status in weekly meetings • Oversee daily performance of implementation consultants • Develop training procedures and materials for software • Review implementation work • Review and approve departmental PTO • Attend weekly implementation meetings • Set annual job goals and conduct performance reviews • Attend manager meetings as necessary • Determine strategies and policies for the Implementation department • Manage workflow and resolve departmental issues • Lead bi-weekly Implementation Standup Meetings and weekly Workload Meetings • Ensure client satisfaction • Create weekly departmental overview reports for the VP of Operations and Client Services • Review resumes, schedule interviews, and lead job interviews • Create and approve HR documentation • Document standard operating procedures for Implementation department job functions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Software Implementation experience • High School Diploma • Customer Service Experience • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (preferred) • Extensive Judicial System Knowledge and Experience (preferred) • Accounting Software Knowledge and Experience (preferred) • Program Management Experience over multiple concurrent teams (preferred) • SQL Server Knowledge (preferred) • Microsoft 365 knowledge (preferred) • Jira knowledge (preferred) • Support Ticketing system knowledge (preferred) • Not currently recruiting from California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Rhode Island, Washington, or New York
