📋 Description

• Lead the planning, initiation, execution, management, monitoring, and closeout of complex programs and initiatives supporting an integrated healthcare environment • Oversee program plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, resources, and performance objectives • Lead the collection, management, integration, and analysis of complex healthcare, operational, and programmatic data • Oversee analytical methods, statistical techniques, and data models to identify trends, patterns, risks, and decision-support information • Develop and oversee performance measures, dashboards, reports, visualizations, and analytical products for leadership and stakeholders • Translate data and analytical findings into recommendations for program planning, process improvement, risk management, and operational decision-making • Lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with government stakeholders, program leadership, and technical teams • Ensure program execution and analytical activities align with organizational objectives, performance goals, contractual requirements, and mission priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Statistics, Management, or a related field • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible program management experience in government contracting, healthcare, or similarly complex environments • Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management and analytics, including data analysis, reporting, performance measurement, data quality, and actionable insights • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar in quality, with a minimum of six years’ experience supporting a large corporation or government agency • Experience working directly with federal government clients, stakeholders, program leadership, and cross-functional teams • In-depth knowledge of VHA data systems, repositories, and files, including CDW, VistA, VSSC, RAMP, PTF/MedSAS, MCA, PCMM, NPCD, and VETSNET • Understanding of how VHA data sources support healthcare analytics, reporting, and program decision-making • Preferred: experience leading large-scale VHA or federal healthcare data and analytics initiatives • Preferred: experience developing analytical models and healthcare performance measures • Preferred: advanced data visualization, business intelligence, and analytical tools experience • Preferred: experience presenting findings to senior government and executive leadership • Preferred: experience supporting federal healthcare transformation, performance improvement, or modernization efforts
