📋 Description

• Lead iCareManager’s IT infrastructure, system administration, cloud strategy, and information security operations • Develop and enforce security policies and maintain compliance with SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, and ISO 27001 • Implement security controls, risk mitigation strategies, access controls, encryption, and least-privilege principles • Oversee security assessments, penetration testing, vulnerability management, incident response, forensic analysis, and remediation • Lead internal and external security and IT compliance audits • Monitor cybersecurity threats and implement defensive mechanisms • Promote a security-first culture through awareness programs, training, and phishing simulations • Establish third-party risk management programs and evaluate vendor security practices • Represent the company in customer, partner, and regulatory meetings regarding security and infrastructure requirements • Integrate automated security testing and vulnerability scanning into development workflows • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security best practices into software development lifecycles • Implement security monitoring and automated alerting for real-time threat detection and incident response • Conduct post-incident root cause analysis and improve security resilience • Establish an information security governance framework • Report security posture, incidents, and compliance status to executive leadership • Develop and execute a scalable, secure, performant, and cost-efficient Azure cloud infrastructure strategy • Collaborate with architects and technical leads to design and implement Azure cloud solutions • Implement infrastructure as code for cloud automation • Optimize cloud infrastructure performance, availability, resource utilization, and costs • Oversee cloud operations, troubleshooting, and incident response • Design disaster recovery and business continuity plans • Manage cloud-service vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs • Lead and mentor cloud, IT, security, and system administration professionals • Ensure release management using DevOps and automation tools, including CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and Bash • Lead integration of AI-powered tools for threat detection, network monitoring, task automation, incident response, security patching, and application performance optimization • Establish ethical and secure AI-use policies, data privacy compliance, and AI governance • Conduct performance evaluations, identify skill gaps, and provide professional development opportunities • Align IT and security initiatives with business objectives • Drive digital transformation across IT and security operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field • 10+ years in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or system administration leadership • At least 5 years in a senior management role • Deep expertise in Azure cloud administration • Expertise in cybersecurity best practices • Expertise in risk management • Expertise in regulatory compliance, including SOC2, HIPAA, NIST, GDPR, and ISO 27001 • Knowledge of Azure cloud solutions and architecture • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and Bash • Knowledge of security assessments, penetration testing, vulnerability management, incident response, and forensic analysis • Knowledge of access controls, encryption, least-privilege principles, and security monitoring • Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity planning • Experience managing cloud vendors, contracts, and SLAs • Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI, including data bias, transparency, and accountability • Experience securing AI deployments in cloud environments, particularly AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Ability to lead teams adopting new technologies • Ability to communicate the value and risks of AI to technical and non-technical stakeholders
