• Provide comprehensive neuropsychological, psychological, and/or psychoeducational evaluations • Conduct in-person and/or virtual evaluations • Provide written and oral feedback regarding results, diagnostic impressions, and recommendations • Compile written reports detailing evaluation findings, diagnoses, and recommendations in accordance with HIPAA • Upload documentation in accordance with departmental policy • Directly supervise and train Diagnostic Specialists in neuropsychological testing and assessment • Participate in weekly Regional Clinical Training Meetings and present at Weekly Psychology Assessment Didactic Seminars • Maintain current knowledge and pursue continuing education related to pediatric psychological/neuropsychological testing • Maintain an active license and good standing with the state board of psychology • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs • Research literature related to learners’ programs • Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers • Conduct preference, functional, and staff performance assessments • Analyze and summarize assessment results and graph data • Write six-month progress reports to secure insurance funding • Provide staff and caregiver training • Facilitate biweekly team meetings for each learner • Create skill-generalization goals and update program sheets • Create or update data collection systems • Answer technician and caregiver questions and follow up on objective generalization • Submit documentation to the billing agency • Oversee 1–2 Apprentices and up to 3 BCBA trainees seeking supervised fieldwork experience • Delegate case management tasks and provide feedback • Collaborate with families, schools, ASD service providers, and team members • Attend routine departmental and general staff meetings • Seek supervision when needed
• Psychologist track: Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology or Developmental Psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) • Specific training in assessment of pediatric and adolescent neurodevelopmental disorders, including specific learning disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and intellectual disability • Prior training and experience with administration, scoring, and interpretation of neuropsychological tests • Experience administering measures of Intellectual Functioning, Development, Autism Spectrum Disorder (including the ADOS-2), Social Communication, and Emotional and Behavioral Functioning • BCBA track: Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (required) • Current BCBA certification/licensure • Two years’ experience in the ABA field preferred • Excellent report-writing skills • Ability to effectively collaborate with families, schools, and ASD service providers • Effective organizational, time-management, prioritization, communication, interpersonal, and team skills • Ability to pass background and drug screens • Willingness to sign company NDA and any revisions thereafter • Maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record (required) • English proficiency required; Spanish proficiency is a plus • Computer/laptop, fax/copy/scanner machine, telephone system, and calculator proficiency or ability to use these equipment types
• 1099 Independent Contractor role • Rates based on the type of service provided and the contractor’s experience/qualifications • No employee benefits are provided • Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, licensure, and professional liability coverage
