📋 Description

• Work under the Director of the Diagnostic Services Department • Complete psychological, neuropsychological, and/or psychoeducational testing and evaluations • Provide written and oral feedback to clients or legal guardians regarding evaluation results, diagnostic impressions, and recommendations • Conduct comprehensive in-person and/or virtual evaluations • Compile written reports detailing evaluation findings, diagnoses, and recommendations for medical records and referral sources in accordance with HIPAA policies • Complete and upload documentation in a timely manner • Provide individual/group supervision and training in neuropsychological testing and assessment to Diagnostic Specialists, Psychometrists, and Technicians • Seek supervision when needed • Maintain current psychology knowledge and pursue continuing education related to pediatric psychological/neuropsychological testing • Participate in weekly Regional Clinical Training Meetings and present at Weekly Psychology Assessment Didactic Seminars • Maintain an active license and good standing with the state board of psychology • Comply with HIPAA privacy and security policies • Collaborate with team members and attend departmental and general staff meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology or Developmental Psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) • Specific training in assessment of pediatric and adolescent neurodevelopmental disorders, including specific learning disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and intellectual disability • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record • Prior training experience with assessment/administration/scoring/interpreting of Neuropsychological Tests • Experience administering measures/tests of Intellectual Functioning, Development, Autism Spectrum Disorder including the ADOS-2, Social Communication, and Emotional and Behavioral Functioning • English proficiency required • Spanish proficiency is a plus
