• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills • Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision • Collect, organize, and document session data accurately • Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training • Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent • 6+ months of relevant experience, including internships or related roles • Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays • Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance • Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review • Experience in childcare, education, or related fields preferred • Experience working with children or adolescents preferred • Prior exposure to ABA services preferred • Behavior Technician: complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks, followed by precepting, and pass the RBT exam within 45 days • Registered Behavior Technician: active certification in good standing • RBT: complete 1 week of paid training followed by precepting • Training availability Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
