📋 Description

• Engage with customers to understand and document data requirements for analysis and reporting • Gather data from primary and secondary sources using data-management best practices • Work with large datasets and perform complex data analysis • Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies to ensure accuracy and completeness • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and relationships and interpret findings • Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making • Collaborate with the data governance team and stakeholders to maintain data accuracy during ingestion and transformation • Partner with the development team to gather and translate requirements and conduct QA on the final product • Participate in regular agile meetings with development and governance teams • Manage user accounts, including roles, permissions, and security settings • Own business processes end-to-end and lead identification and implementation of best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 2+ years of experience with data analytic tools such as Snowflake or similar tools • 2+ years of experience capturing data requirements and analyzing data • 2+ years of experience using SharePoint, JIRA, MS Office, or similar systems • 1+ years of experience using SQL and working with databases or data platforms • US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to federal contract requirements • Must be able to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance • Must reside in the United States and perform the work in the United States • Experience with data visualization technologies such as Power BI, including developing reports and dashboards • Experience with tools such as ServiceNow • Ability to analyze existing system documentation and summarize system functionality • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and within one or more teams with strong time management, organizational, and reporting skills
