📋 Description

• Provide project management and technical support for EPA projects with OSEM, OBLR, and ORCR • Lead EPA remediation projects for Superfund sites, including mining sites • Apply site characterization and remediation technology knowledge to improve Superfund site cleanup • Lead and support technology transfer and training • Identify and evaluate innovative technologies, approaches, strategies, and best practices for contaminated site cleanup • Develop conceptual site models, site strategies, optimization recommendations, systematic project planning, and cost estimates • Manage multidisciplinary project teams and client engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, geology, hydrogeology, geochemistry, or similar discipline • Minimum 8 years of experience conducting site characterization and remediation of Superfund, Brownfields, and other contaminated sites • Experience with remediation of mining sites and mining influenced water • Knowledge of EPA Superfund cleanup program and policies • Experience in cost estimation related to environmental characterization, cleanup, and infrastructure programs • Experience with development and decommissioning of renewable energy projects • Expertise in developing technical deliverables and training materials • Demonstrated project management skills • Ability to effectively engage with clients • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Position is not eligible for new H-1B visa sponsorship
