📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day project and program management activities • Lead and manage project teams, defining project objectives, planning, and coordinating activities • Oversee development and execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets • Ensure project milestones are achieved on time • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on project goals, deliverables, and expectations • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement solutions • Provide regular project status, performance, and change updates to stakeholders and senior management • Support the team in delivering quality outcomes • Develop the team and manage competing priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline • Solid project and program management experience • Proven ability to lead and manage project teams effectively, with a track record of successful project delivery • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Experience managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable • Commitment to achieving project goals and driving continuous improvement • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
