📋 Description

• Lead and manage medical communications projects, including publications • Define project briefs, plan projects, and coordinate activities to ensure successful outcomes • Manage client status meetings, reports, and liaison as co-lead with scientific counterparts for multiple projects • Execute project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring milestones are achieved on time • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on project plans, deliverables, and expectations • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement solutions or escalate as appropriate • Provide regular project status, performance, and change updates to stakeholders, team management, and senior management • Mentor more junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects effectively, with a track record of successful project delivery • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to achieving project goals and driving continuous improvement • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
