📋 Description

• Lead and manage medical communications and publication projects • Define project briefs, plan activities, and coordinate delivery • Manage client status meetings, reports, and liaison with scientific counterparts • Execute project plans, schedules, and budgets • Ensure project milestones are achieved on time • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders on plans, deliverables, and expectations • Monitor project progress and identify risks and issues • Implement solutions or escalate challenges as appropriate • Provide regular project status, performance, and change updates to stakeholders, team management, and senior management • Mentor more junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Solid project and program management experience • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects effectively, with a track record of successful project delivery • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Experience managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable • Commitment to achieving project goals and driving continuous improvement • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
