• Execute and manage the full contracting lifecycle for individual and integrated delivery network (IDN) customers, from targeting through renewal • Support development of individual and IDN contracts, including pricing and terms and conditions, in alignment with GPO strategies and the ICU Medical Management Approval Matrix • Draft, redline, and manage complex contract amendments • Partner with Legal, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and other stakeholders to review, revise, and execute amendments • Manage amendment workflows, documentation, version control, and price file management • Conduct audits for contract accuracy, clarity, and compliance • Support Sales with pricing analysis, contract compliance analysis, business reviews, reporting, and insights • Manage team priorities and regularly communicate status, metrics, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders • Identify and pursue projects that improve contracting and operational efficiency • Train, coach, and develop contracting analysts • Direct customer engagement to support the sales process and resolve issues • Develop and manage tools for workload tracking, quoting, P&L modeling, renewals, customer pricing, customer letters, compliance tracking, business reviews, and contract summaries • Maintain current knowledge of product offerings, policies, procedures, and purchase acquisition/marketing programs • Complete ad hoc analyses and support contract-related initiatives
• Must be at least 18 years of age • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required • 7-10 years of experience required • Substantive knowledge of standard terms and conditions, SOPs, and contracting guidelines relating to U.S. commercial and wholesaler/distributors • Ability to communicate effectively with sales, Customers, and internal functions • Strong analytical skills and creative approach to developing effective sales tools • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Customer Relationship Management software, including MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint • Model N preferred but not required • Management experience of a team responsible for contracting • Strong negotiation skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Working knowledge of US antitrust laws, HIPAA laws, Sarbanes-Oxley rules, internal audit procedures, and regulatory controls • Working knowledge of pre- and post-signature contracting processes, including GPO contracting and membership, rebate management, contract compliance, price increases, shipping and fulfillment, and trading partner pricing and rebate processes
