📋 Description

• Lead the design, configuration and deployment of PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud solutions • Lead discovery and requirements sessions • Produce solution architecture and design documents • Own delivery through implementation, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare • Architect and implement SSO, MFA, federation and passwordless authentication across web, mobile and native applications • Design and manage joiner, mover and leaver identity lifecycle processes • Integrate AIC with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs, SCIM and custom connectors • Script and extend platform capabilities using JavaScript/Groovy and scripted decision nodes • Advise clients on IAM architecture best practices, RBAC/ABAC, Zero Trust and managed SaaS responsibilities • Troubleshoot provisioning and authentication issues and lead root-cause analysis and remediation • Produce architecture diagrams, runbooks and configuration standards • Lead knowledge-transfer sessions with client teams • Mentor and technically guide junior and mid-level consultants • Contribute to internal AIC delivery methodology, accelerators and reusable assets • Monitor post-deployment performance and recommend tuning, scaling or roadmap improvements • Support presales activities including scoping, level-of-effort estimation and technical input for proposals and statements of work

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on IAM consulting or engineering experience • At least 3+ years working directly with AIC in production enterprise environments • Experience leading full-lifecycle AIC efforts from architecture and design through deployment and hyper care • Strong working knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, WS-Fed, Kerberos and FIDO2/WebAuthn • Understanding of SSO, MFA, federation, RBAC/ABAC, Zero Trust and lifecycle access management • Working proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs • JavaScript and/or Groovy proficiency • Experience with multiple AIC tenant environments, ESVs, promotion pipelines and Frodo • Proficiency with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines • Excellent client-facing communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security or related field, or equivalent professional experience • Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing consulting environment • Ability to travel occasionally to client sites • Must be authorized to work in the United States • U.S. citizenship may be required for certain client engagements • Prior professional services, systems integrator or IAM consultancy experience preferred • Identity data consolidation/virtualization and directory migration experience preferred • CISSP, CISM or CCSP preferred • Certified Professional – PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) preferred
