📋 Description
• Provide technical leadership for the Network Operations Service Portfolio • Act as the primary escalation point and subject matter expert for network initiatives • Lead the administration, support, and continuous improvement of network services • Define and maintain enterprise network architecture standards • Manage vendor relationships and deliver support
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise network technologies • 5+ years of Cisco Platform Experience • 5+ years’ experience with Palo Alto • 5+ Express routes experience • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID • Excellent communication skills • ITIL Foundation or equivalent experience
