📋 Description

• Lead administration, support, and continuous improvement of the Network and Operations Service Portfolio • Provide enterprise technical leadership, guidance, and decision support as the Network subject matter expert • Define and adopt network standards, best practices, technical direction, and architecture standards • Serve as senior escalation point for complex incidents, outages, and problem management • Lead high-severity incident troubleshooting, remediation, and post-incident reviews • Ensure network performance, security, operational stability, and scalability • Review network designs and changes for architectural alignment and supportability • Develop network technology vision, strategy, technical direction, business cases, methods, and metrics • Translate business needs into scalable and supportable network designs • Coordinate MSP and vendor support, escalations, troubleshooting, service delivery, performance reviews, and improvement initiatives • Lead large network initiatives and projects using the IDEX PMO methodology from concept through closeout • Manage stakeholders, planning, communications, risks, issues, and dependencies • Contribute to service tower technology planning and maintain documentation, standards, and procedures • Lead Knowledge Content System contributions and maintain knowledge articles • Promote knowledge sharing, automation, and operational best practices • Mentor network engineers and analysts and support future-leader development

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of enterprise network technologies, including routing and switching • 5+ years of Cisco platform experience • 5+ years of Palo Alto experience required • Experience with voice, LAN, and WAN technologies • 5+ years of Azure ExpressRoute experience • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID • Expertise in structured troubleshooting, incident leadership, and problem management • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and service management practices • Ability to lead through influence across distributed teams and vendors • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to balance operational demands with strategic planning • ITIL Foundation or equivalent experience preferred • Project management certification or demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives preferred • Technical certifications such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki, Microsoft, and/or Azure/AWS preferred
