📋 Description

• Coordinate projects and support enterprise-scale AI initiatives • Facilitate meetings and manage stakeholders across technical and business teams • Support AI governance, risk, and compliance documentation processes • Maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting artifacts • Schedule and coordinate project and governance meetings • Capture meeting notes, action items, and decisions, and follow up through completion • Support governance reviews and maintain program documentation in SharePoint and Teams • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentation materials • Assist with coordination of AI training sessions, workshops, and communications • Support AI adoption across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program majoring in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must have completed at least one year of college • Strong communication skills • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) is helpful • Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate project components • Interest in artificial intelligence, emerging technology, or organizational change management • A track record of student success and potential, as demonstrated by GPA, research portfolio, prior work experiences and/or professor recommendation, preferred
